REQUEST A RESALE PACKAGE

To request a resale package for the home you plan to sell,
simply mail, fax, or e-mail your request, including:
1. Property address
2. Contact name and phone number
3. Preferred method of receipt (by USPS mail or pick up at our office).
Please add an additional $5.00 if you wish to have the package mailed
at completion, and be sure to include a mailing address in your request.

Resale Package Fee:
Fees are charged according to Virginia Code and the Virginia Condominium Act and Property Owners Act of Virgina. Fees are due prior to completion, payable to Capitol Property Management.
